FEATURES
Ice Melter MIKE is an environmentally friendly liquid designed to eliminate icing and prevent further icing of runway surfaces and taxiways at airports. Liquid is based on a unique recipe composed of potassium formate and environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors. Ice Melter MIKE has been approved for use on the basis of the AMS 1435 standard.
Ice Melter MIKE is used by applying mechanical machines so-called. "Watering-cans" provided by the airport road services. This process allows quick and economical removal of snow and ice. Ice Melter MIKE melts ice by lowering the freezing point of water. Due to the low, freezing point, the starting solution will also have a low freezing point.
