Priming of substrates

IZOPLAST® R-W

Asphalt anion emulsion

DESTINY:

• priming concrete substrates, coats cement, cement gypsum, ceramic before laying insulation from asphalt masses, eg IZOPLAST B-W, IZOPLAST 2K-W, IZOPLAST B ', bituminous asphalt, weldable paste and for securing wooden elements
• for priming it is permissible to dilute 1: 1 with water
• making insulation coatings: anti-moisture and water-resistant insulation of light type on concrete vertical and horizontal elements used in the field of: road and rail engineering structures, "subway" urban construction building and for individual applications

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:

• easy and quick to use
• product without organic solvents,
• used cold for dry or damp-moist substrate - short drying time
• has good adhesion, has excellent penetrating properties into any mineral substrates,
• increases the adhesion of the proper insulation to the substrate
• after setting, the coating is resistant to weather conditions
• the finished shell protects the building elements against the aggressive substances found in the ground
• it can be used in contact with foamed polystyrene, mineral wool, wood.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Priming - 1 coat diluted with 1: 1 water is sufficient, applied evenly over the entire surface.
• Anti-moisture coating - 2 layers.
• "Light" water-resistant coating - 3 layers, each one after drying the previous one.

Has a National Technical Assessment issued by IBDiM. The product complies with the Polish Standard.
