Fire-retardant, water-dilutable wood impregnation varnish

DESTINY:

UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA COLOR water-resistant varnish is intended for fire-retardant protection and decorative finishing of wooden surfaces made of wood species domestic, OSB boards, plywood and wood-based materials used indoors residential and public utilities and outdoors. The possibility of applying impregnation varnish UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA COLOR for roofing systems with shingles or wooden boards. Coated products UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA COLOR with an impregnation of at least 200 g / m2, have been classified in the range of fire resistance: elements made of wood and OSB boards with a thickness of at least 12 mm - as non-inflammable (B-s1, d0). Wall cladding of wood with a thickness of at least 20 mm and a density of at least 450 kg / m3 and OSB o thickness of at least 22 mm, painted with UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA COLOR impregnation in an amount of at least 200 g / m2, have been classified as non-fire spreading (NRO). Roof system with cover from shingles or wooden boards with a thickness of at least 20 mm secured with impregnating lacquer UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA COLOR in an amount of at least 200 g / m2 was classified in terms of behavior at influence of external fire - Broof (t1). PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATE:

Fill any surface defects, clean, degrease and dust the substrate. Impregnation varnish UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA COLOR should be applied only on surfaces made from raw wood with a relative humidity not exceeding 20%.
