UNIEPAL-DREW® AQUA 1-K

Fire-resistant varnish for wooden floors

DESTINY:

UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA 1-K water-borne polyurethane varnish is designed for fire-retardant protection and decorative finishing of wooden surfaces made of wood species domestic, OSB boards, plywood and wood-based materials used indoors residential and public utilities. The varnish has a high hardness and abrasion resistance which makes it possible application on floorings, parquets, stairs, furniture in public utility premises.

Products coated with UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA 1-K lacquer in an amount of at least 200 g / m2, have been categorized

in terms of fire resistance: wood of all kinds (except exotic wood) and products wood with a thickness of at least 12 mm - as non-inflammable (B-s1, d0), floor made of wood of any type (except for exotic wood) with a thickness of at least 12 mm - as hardly flammable (Bfls1).

Permissible value of maximum VOC content below 130 g / l in a ready-to-use product. Content VOC in the product below 130 g / l.

PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATE:

Fill any surface defects, clean, degrease and dust the substrate.

UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA 1-K should be applied only to surfaces made of raw wood o relative humidity not exceeding 20%. After drying, the varnish creates a satin coating. surfaces made of oak wood additionally require the application of a nitrocellulose or alcohol base.

UNIEPAL-DREW AQUA 1-K has an EUROPEAN TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT.
