IZOPLAST® SEPARBETON
Anti-adhesive preparation
IZOPLAST SEPARBETON is a low-odor, odorless oily liquid which is a mixture of mineral oils, vegetable oils and modifying additives.
The product does not contain ingredients classified as hazardous and is not classified as a dangerous preparation.
DESTINY:
- for the lubrication of production molds (steel, wood and plastics) in the construction of aggregate and cellular concrete construction elements, as well as sandwich elements with styrofoam in order to prevent adhesion of concrete
- for the lubrication of steel and wooden building shuttering
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The product can be applied to the surface of the mold using a spray gun, brush, by dipping or with a cloth. Mix well before use. The coated surfaces of the formwork must be clean and dry. Remove rust and remnants of old concrete. The preparation is ready for use and must not be diluted. Spray with a thin but concealing high pressure layer (4-6 bar) spray device. It can be concreted after waiting 30-60 minutes after applying the preparation. Workmanship temperature: from 0 ° C to + 80 ° C
