UNIEPAL DREW® SPECIAL FR

Fire-resistant varnish for wood

DESTINY:

UNIEPAL-DREW SPECIAL FR varnish is intended for fire-proofing and decorative protection finishing wooden surfaces made of domestic wood species and materials wood-based materials: plywood, particle boards and OSB boards used inside living quarters and public utilities and outdoor buildings.

Products coated with UNIEPAL-DREW SPECIAL FR in an amount of at least 200 g / m2, have been categorized

in the range of fire resistance: wooden elements and OSB boards with a thickness of at least 12 mm - as non-inflammable (B-s1, d0). Wall cladding of wood with a thickness of at least 20 mm and a density of at least 450 kg / m3 and OSB at least 22 mm thick, painted with UNIEPAL-DREW SPECIAL FR in an amount of at least 200 g / m2,

they were classified as non-fire spreading (NRO). Maximum content allowed VOC below 400 g / l in the ready-to-use product. The VOC content in the product is below 400 g / l.

The product does not apply to exotic wood species.

PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATE:

Fill any surface defects, clean, degrease and dust the substrate. UNIEPAL-DREW SPECIAL FR should only be applied to surfaces made of raw wood with relative humidity not exceeding 20%. After drying, the varnish creates a colorless coating without changing the color of the wood.

UNIEPAL-DREW SPECIAL FR has an EUROPEAN TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT.
