ZWILKOP ZW-10

Preparation for humidifying coal dust

APPLICATION

ZW-10 ZWILKOP is intended for use as an addition to water in prevention in hard coal mines for spraying dust at mining machinery and equipment, including "water curtains", fog systems and periodic cleaning of excavations of excavations.

STORAGE AND STORAGE

The preparation ZWILKOP ZW-10 in the commercial offer is in the form of concentrate. ZW-10 ZWILKOP is used, by means of a dosing pump, to supply sprinklers with mining water machines and devices, including "water curtains" and fog systems. In order to maintain optimal safety conditions, ZWILKOP ZW-10 can be used in "water casks" and fog systems having an up to 11dm³ / min water flow, at a pressure of 0.4 - 0.6 MPa. When using ZWILKOP ZW-10 in "water curtains" and fog systems, strictly follow the instructions for the application of the safety rules and conditions given in the technical documentation of these devices.

STORAGE

ZW-10 ZWILKOP should be stored in original sealed packaging. The storage room should be dry, well ventilated at a temperature of 0 - 30C, away from foodstuffs, feed, food vessels, heaters and open fire in places inaccessible to unauthorized persons. The packaging should be treated as returnable.

PRECAUTIONS

In the case of skin or eye contamination with commercial preparation, wash the area several times with water. Do not eat or smoke during use. In the event of disturbing symptoms, contact a physician taking with you the instructions for use of the preparation and the safety data sheet of the product. Absolutely necessary medical intervention in case of intentional or accidental consumption.
