Priming of substrates

IZOPLAST® E

Dispersion polymeric priming solution

A water-dilutable product intended for priming absorbent and porous substrates to the outside and inside the building. Particularly recommended for cement-lime plasters, aerated concrete, gypsum plasterboards and cement plasters. Application in building insulation systems.

IZOPLAST E is characterized by high penetration capacity, it is deeply absorbed in the substrate strengthening

it, while allowing "breathing". These advantages improve the structure of the substrates, which by the influence of time they lost their proper parameters.

IZOPLAST E improves the adhesion to the surface of other materials that will be used on grounded substrate. By reducing the absorptivity of the substrate, the consumption of applied ones decreases coating materials of emulsion paints, adhesives, mineral putties. 

Primed surfaces should be well cleaned of dirt, dust, oils, fats, deposits of old paints or varnish should be dry. IZOPLAST E is on the market in the form of a ready-to-use preparation use. Apply the product to the surface with a brush or roller, covering it with an even layer. On the substrate with increased absorbency, 2-3 layers are made, preventing the previous one from drying more or less during 3-4 hours, at + 5 ° C to + 25 ° C. Further use of the surface is recommended after 24 hours.
